Accessibility Statement
I want my website and counselling services to be accessible and welcoming to everyone. I recognise that people have different needs and ways of accessing information, and I am committed to making reasonable efforts to ensure that my website is as clear, accessible and easy to use as possible.
The website has been designed with accessibility in mind, including clear language, straightforward navigation and consideration of readability across different devices.
If there is something that makes it difficult for you to access or use any part of this website, please let me know. I am happy to consider reasonable adjustments or alternative ways of providing information where possible.
If you have a particular accessibility need or would prefer to communicate in a different way, please contact me at sarah.guyan@hotmail.com. I will always do my best to understand your needs and find a way to support you.
Accessibility and Counselling
Accessibility is also considered within my counselling work. Different ways of working are available depending on your individual circumstances, including online, telephone, face-to-face and outdoor walk-and-talk sessions.
If you have particular access needs, please feel free to discuss these with me during your initial conversation. Together, we can explore what may work best for you and what adjustments might help you feel comfortable and supported.
Feedback
I welcome feedback about the accessibility of my website and services. If you experience any difficulty accessing information or using the website, please get in touch so that I can consider whether improvements can be made.
